I understand that as an athlete, I have different nutritional requirements, and that I really need to pay attention to how I am fueling my body. But, there is just so much overwhelming information out there on how to achieve this. Working together with Nabila, we sorted through all the contradicting information out there and came up with a plan that was right for my sports goals. I feel stronger and I am able to work out longer. I am glad I decided to take this step and work with Nabila. — Matt Phillips
